- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top of the lobster tails down the middle.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and salt.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until meat is opaque.
- Garnish with paprika before serving.
