A delicious lobster tail served with pasta.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Cut lobster tails in half and add to the skillet.
  5. Cook lobster for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce.
  9. Serve lobster on top of the pasta and garnish with parsley.
