Description
A delicious lobster tail served with pasta.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Cut lobster tails in half and add to the skillet.
- Cook lobster for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce.
- Serve lobster on top of the pasta and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Fresh lobster tails are preferred.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can substitute pasta type as desired.
