  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  8. Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
