- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
