Instructions
- Start by preheating your stove on medium heat.
- Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic.
- Once the garlic is fragrant, add the lobster tails cut side down.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the lobster is opaque.
- Flip the tails, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
