- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Place a steamer basket inside the pot.
- Put the lobster tails in the basket, shell side down.
- Cover the pot and steam for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the lobster tails and let them cool slightly.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter with lemon juice and garlic.
- Serve the lobster tails with the melted butter mixture, seasoned with salt and pepper.
