Description
A delicious lobster tail recipe wrapped in flaky pastry.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the lobster tails for 5-7 minutes until cooked.
- Remove the meat from the shells and chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat with melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares large enough to wrap around the lobster filling.
- Place a portion of the lobster mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush each pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with a side of garlic butter.
- For extra flavor, add herbs to the lobster mixture.
