Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the lobster tails for 5-7 minutes until cooked.
  3. Remove the meat from the shells and chop it into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix lobster meat with melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  6. Cut the pastry into squares large enough to wrap around the lobster filling.
  7. Place a portion of the lobster mixture in the center of each square.
  8. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  9. Brush each pastry with beaten egg.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with a side of garlic butter.
  • For extra flavor, add herbs to the lobster mixture.
