Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the lobster tails down the center with kitchen scissors.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from oven and serve with lemon wedges.
