- 2 lobster tails
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh herbs (parsley, chives) for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top of the lobster tails with kitchen shears.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Melt butter in a small pan and add chopped herbs.
- Once cooked, drizzle the herb butter over the lobster tails.
- Arrange on a plate, garnishing with additional herbs and lemon wedges.
