  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top of the lobster tails with kitchen shears.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  4. Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Melt butter in a small pan and add chopped herbs.
  7. Once cooked, drizzle the herb butter over the lobster tails.
  8. Arrange on a plate, garnishing with additional herbs and lemon wedges.
