Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails cut side down on the griddle.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Flip the tails and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
