Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the lobster is opaque.
