Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pipe the dough into lobster tail shapes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then fill with pastry cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
