Ingredients

  • 1 lb potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into pieces

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.

  4. Add the lobster tails and cook for 5-7 minutes until they turn bright red.
