Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell down to the tail.
  3. Gently pull the meat out of the shell and place it on top.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic and lemon juice.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
