- 1 lb lobster meat
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the lobster meat for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobster from the shell and chop into pieces.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, and lime juice to create the sauce.
- Warm the tortillas on a skillet for 1 minute on each side.
- Assemble tacos by adding lobster, cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado.
- Drizzle the sauce over the tacos.
Notes
- Feel free to add more toppings like cheese or jalapeños.
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
