- Red gel food coloring

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract to the butter mixture.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
- Mix in red food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Shape dough into lobster forms and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool, then add sprinkles for decoration.
