A delicious seafood dish featuring shrimp stuffed with a flavorful lobster mixture.
Ingredients

- 12 large shrimp
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully butterfly the shrimp, making a slit down the back without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff each shrimp with the lobster mixture.
- Place stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and topping is golden.
Notes
- Serve with a lemon wedge.
- Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
- Can substitute crab meat for lobster if preferred.
