Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix lobster, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the lobster mixture.
