- 1 pound lobster meat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 8 small lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add lobster meat, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
- Serve lobster mixture on lettuce leaves.
