Lobster Spaghetti: 5 Steps to a Decadent Delight

Description

A delicious pasta dish featuring lobster and a rich tomato sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lobster (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add white wine and let it reduce by half.
  4. Add canned tomatoes and red pepper flakes, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook lobster in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, then remove and chop.
  6. Add chopped lobster to the sauce and mix well.
  7. Combine spaghetti with the lobster sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

  • Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with garlic bread for a complete meal.
