Description
A delicious pasta dish featuring lobster and a rich tomato sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lobster (about 1.5 lbs)
- 200g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add white wine and let it reduce by half.
- Add canned tomatoes and red pepper flakes, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook lobster in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, then remove and chop.
- Add chopped lobster to the sauce and mix well.
- Combine spaghetti with the lobster sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve with garlic bread for a complete meal.
