Ingredients

- 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Pour in the seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, add chopped lobster and thyme.
- Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
