Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup carrot, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, and carrot. Sauté until soft.
- Add garlic and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Add lobster meat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Serve with crusty bread.
- Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
