Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, celery, and carrot. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add garlic and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in seafood stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Add lobster meat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and heat through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
