A selection of delicious side dishes to complement lobster.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 cups of asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add corn, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add asparagus and garlic. Sauté for 4 minutes.
- Drizzle lemon juice over asparagus and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve corn and asparagus alongside cooked rice topped with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh or frozen corn.
- Asparagus can be substituted with green beans.
