Description

Lobster scampi is a seafood dish featuring lobster tails cooked in a garlic butter sauce with a hint of lemon.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.

  5. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, stir well.
  6. Add lobster halves to the pan, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook for 5 minutes, basting with sauce.
  8. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
