- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, stir well.
- Add lobster halves to the pan, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes, basting with sauce.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
