- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the white wine and lemon juice.
- Add red pepper flakes and salt, stirring to combine.
- Place the lobster halves in the skillet, cut side up.
- Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the lobster.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until lobster is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
