Description
A delicious lobster salad roll made with fresh lobster meat and creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 soft rolls
- Butter for toasting rolls
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and chives.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Toast the rolls in the skillet until golden brown.
- Fill each roll with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately.
