Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
  2. Remove the meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper.
  4. Butter the outside of the hot dog buns.
  5. Toast the buns on a skillet until golden brown.
  6. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
  7. Serve immediately.
