Description
A classic lobster roll bun filled with fresh lobster meat and a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 New England-style hot dog buns
- Butter for toasting buns
Instructions
- Boil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
- Remove the meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Butter the outside of the hot dog buns.
- Toast the buns on a skillet until golden brown.
- Fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of paprika to the lobster mixture.
- Serve with a side of potato chips.
- Use fresh lobster for the best taste.
