- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 4 hot dog buns
- Butter for toasting buns
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until the lobster is coated.
- Butter the hot dog buns on the outside.
- Toast the buns in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately.
