Ingredients

- 12 oz rigatoni
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stirring until cheese melts.
- Add lobster meat and cooked rigatoni to the skillet, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
- Can substitute rigatoni with another pasta shape if desired.
