- 1 lobster, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
- Stir in minced garlic and paprika, cook for 1 minute.
- Add rice, stir to coat with oil and vegetables.
- Pour in seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Fold in chopped lobster and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
