Ingredients

- 2 lobsters (1.5 lbs each)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the lobsters for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool.
- Split the lobsters in half lengthwise.
- Melt butter in a pan and add garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster halves.
- Place the lobsters on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
