- 2 whole lobsters (about 1.5 pounds each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobsters and cook for about 12-15 minutes until they turn bright red.
- Remove the lobsters and let them cool slightly.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and lemon juice to the butter, stirring well.
- Split the lobsters in half and brush the garlic butter mixture over the meat.
- Place lobsters on a baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley before serving.
