Instructions

  2. Add sea salt and lemon halves to the water.
  3. Bring the water to a rolling boil.
  4. Carefully add the lobsters to the pot headfirst.
  5. Cover the pot and return to a boil.
  6. Boil lobsters for 12-15 minutes until bright red.
  7. Remove lobsters and let drain for a few minutes.
  8. Serve with melted butter.
