- 2 whole lobsters
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil lobsters in salted water for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.
- Split the lobsters in half and remove the meat.
- Chop the lobster meat and mix with breadcrumbs, butter, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture back into the lobster shells.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
