- 2 live lobsters (1.5 lbs each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
- Remove lobsters and let cool slightly.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add garlic and lemon juice, and stir to combine.
- Split lobsters in half and brush with garlic butter.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill lobsters, flesh side down, for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from grill, season with salt, and garnish with parsley.
