Instructions

  2. Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
  3. Remove lobsters and let cool slightly.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  5. Add garlic and lemon juice, and stir to combine.
  6. Split lobsters in half and brush with garlic butter.
  7. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  8. Grill lobsters, flesh side down, for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Remove from grill, season with salt, and garnish with parsley.
