Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Mix flour and eggs to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Combine lobster meat, ricotta, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each square.
- Fold and seal the ravioli edges.
- Boil ravioli in salted water for 4-5 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté ravioli for 2 minutes.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best taste.
- Make sure the edges of the ravioli are well sealed.
- You can freeze uncooked ravioli for later use.
