Description
Crispy lobster rangoon filled with creamy lobster and cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 8 oz lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 20 wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Chill the filling for 30 minutes for easier handling.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
