- 2 lobster tails
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 2 cups water
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Boil lobster tails in salted water for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove lobster meat and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour in seafood stock and water, bring to a boil.
- Stir in soy sauce and miso paste.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Add lobster meat and spinach, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
