Ingredients

  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Boil lobster tails in salted water for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove lobster meat and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Pour in seafood stock and water, bring to a boil.
  7. Stir in soy sauce and miso paste.
  8. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  9. Add lobster meat and spinach, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
