- 1 lobster (about 1–2 pounds)
- 4 cups chicken or seafood broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 boiled egg per serving
Instructions
- Boil water and cook the lobster for about 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the lobster meat from the shell and chop into pieces.
- In a pot, heat the chicken or seafood broth.
- Add soy sauce, miso paste, and sesame oil to the broth.
- Add mushrooms and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Add the lobster meat, spinach, and green onions to the broth.
- Serve the broth over the noodles and top with a boiled egg.
