Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
