Lobster puffs are a delicious appetizer made with flaky pastry and a savory lobster filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

- Can substitute crab meat if desired.
