A delicious twist on classic poutine featuring tender lobster meat.

- 2 cups fries
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup cheese curds
- 1 cup gravy
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fries according to package instructions until crispy.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the gravy and garlic powder, stirring until heated through.
- Place fries on a serving plate.
- Add chopped lobster meat on top of the fries.
- Sprinkle cheese curds over the lobster.
- Pour hot gravy over the entire dish.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
