Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. While potatoes cook, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  4. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add lobster tails to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix cooked potatoes with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Arrange potatoes and lobster on a baking dish and pour garlic butter over them.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
