Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 medium potatoes
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- While potatoes cook, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add lobster tails to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked potatoes with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange potatoes and lobster on a baking dish and pour garlic butter over them.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
