  • 1 package pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and thyme; cook for 1 minute.
  5. Slowly add chicken broth and cream, stirring constantly until thickened.
