  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika; stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in cream and milk until smooth.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened.
  6. Stir in lobster, lemon juice, and parsley.
  7. Pour lobster mixture into pie crust.
  8. Cover with another crust and seal edges.
  9. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
