Ingredients

- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add green onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in lobster meat, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut pastry into squares and place filling in the center.
- Fold pastry over and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can substitute crab for lobster if desired.
