Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add green onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in lobster meat, cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
  6. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
  7. Cut pastry into squares and place filling in the center.
  8. Fold pastry over and seal edges with a fork.
  9. Brush tops with beaten egg.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
