A delicious lobster pasta recipe using linguine.
Ingredients

- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Stir in white wine and let it reduce for 2-3 minutes.
- Add lobster meat and heavy cream, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in the cooked linguine and mix until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
