A delicious lobster panini made with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 2 slices of cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook lobster tails in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the lobster meat from the shells and chop it.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add lobster to the mayonnaise mixture and stir well.
- Preheat a panini press.
- Spread the lobster mixture on one ciabatta roll.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese if desired.
- Top with the second ciabatta roll.
- Grill in the panini press for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice and serve hot.

- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
