- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the griddle, meat side down.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the meat is opaque.
- Flip the lobster tails and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from griddle and serve immediately.

- Serve with additional lemon wedges.
