- 1 lb lobster meat
- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Top chips with lobster meat and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and add pico de gallo and jalapeños.
- Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
