Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the lobster mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
  3. Top with cheddar cheese and the remaining bread slices.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
