Description
A delicious lobster melt sandwich featuring tender lobster meat topped with melted cheese on toasted bread.
Ingredients

- 8 oz lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the lobster mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
- Top with cheddar cheese and the remaining bread slices.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot.
