Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
- Remove lobsters and let them cool.

- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture.
- Crack open the lobsters and remove the meat.
- Coat the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
